Deepak Kumar Singal
Managing Director
Deepak Kumar Singal is the Chairman cum Managing Director of our Company. He is the founder & Promoter Director of the company. He was born in Nabha, Distt. Patiala and his formative years were spent in Mandi Ahmedgarh, Distt. Sangrur. He completed his secondary school education in the year 1974 from Mandi Ahmedgarh. His family was in the business of real estate & construction. However, his core interest in construction services prompted him to move to Ludhiana. There he formed M/s Deepak Builders the flagship company of the group in the year 1990. The business of the Partnership Firm was eventually taken over by the Company. He has been on the Board since the incorporation of our Company. He has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He currently looks after the day-to-day affairs of the Company and contributes to the overall growth and expansion of the Company. He was awarded “The Businessman of the Year” by the Chief Minister of Punjab in 2012.
Sunita Singal
Wholetime Director
Sunita Singal is a Whole-time Director of our Company. She has been on the Board since the incorporation of our Company. She holds a degree in Bachelor of Arts. She is associated with the group since 2012 and has 11 years of experience in the construction industry. She is responsible for the administrative affairs of the Company.
Inder Dev Singh
Independent Director
Inder Dev Singh is a Commerce graduate with a degree of LLB (Non-Professional). He retired as a professional banker from the post of Chief General Manager having served in Punjab National Bank for four decades with a vast experience in the field of banking and finance. He has banking experience of 21 years in Senior Management including 12 years in Top Management. The Banking experience covers International Banking, Forex Dealing Operations, Treasury, Credit, Human Resources, and General Administration. He was Managing Director of PNB Gilts (A subsidiary of PNB) for almost three years. He has experience as being Nominee and Independent Director for 14 years.
Vinod Kumar Kathuria
Independent Director
Vinod Kumar Kathuria holds a degree in Master of Commerce from The University of Delhi. He retired from the post of Executive Director at Union Bank of India. Before alleviating as Executive Director, he served in Punjab National Bank for 36 years with vast experience in the field of banking and finance. He has vast experience in the field of Treasury and Credit during his tenure at Punjab National Bank. He presently serves as Independent Director on the board of various other companies.
Kashish Mittal
Independent Director
Kashish Mittal is an engineer with degree in Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi. He qualified UPSC Exam in his first attempt and is a 2011 batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) Officer. He was the youngest person in the country to get selected as an IAS Officer at the of his selection. He was the youngest IAS Officer at the time of his appointment. He served there for 6 years before taking voluntary retirement. During his tenure as IAS Officer, He served at various leadership positions including DC Tawang, ADC & SDM Chandigarh, PS to Hon’ble Minister of State for External Affairs (MEA) and in the office of Hon’ble Vice Chairman, NITI Aayog, Govt. of India.
